Leveling up tradeskills
 

Do stats effect how often you get skill ups in tradeskills? I seem to vaguely remember DEX having something to do with it? Maybe I'm thinking of something else though. Is there anything I can do to raise the chance of getting skill ups in tradeskills?

I'm in the 60's with pottery at the moment and the skill ups don't seem to be happening too often... or is that just the normal grind?

The highest or your INT or WIS determines how likely a tradeskill is to level up. For certain tradeskills, other stats, if higher, may override these. For instance, smithing takes the highest of INT, WIS, or STR; make poison takes INT, WIS, or DEX.

Also, tradeskills level up more slowly as they get higher level.
