Probably a stupid question...

But are the Erudites the only race/casters to have a "hood" display when they wear their cloaks?

I was going to shift to a Gnome Necro, but I'm starting to realize that I've never seen a gnome (minus a warrior/plate class) have anything on their heads. Ultimately it's because I'm stuck on what to name my character, and I've got a name for a gnome, not an Erudite. But I like the look of the erudite. You can see my dilemma. :)

Thanks in advance for the answer!

yeah. The hood is their racial perk ;)

Erudite name suggestion:

Thank you! I will try to find a good Erudite name then ASAP.

the "hood" display you are talking about has nothing to do with their cloaks being equipped. That is just the animation for the race. All races have a plate/leather/cloth/naked look to them. You dont see most knows with hats other then plate classes cause most gnomes are casters and wear nightshade wreath or runed cowl which have no graphic.

Be careful about where you travel through though. There's a Halfling in Misty Thicket named George Zimmerfeet that likes to take justice into his own hands.
