Where are some low magic resist mobs?
 

I can't find a place to level my Shaman at without running into a shit ton of resists. Any mobs around 25ish that are beyond easy to dot up?

You should expect some resists if you kill mobs close to your level. The solution is to simply kill lower level mobs, but more of them. For example go to south karana and kill birds or centaurs. You can already try gnolls at 27, but be ready to run if things go bad (paw entrance is close, so its really easy to run there). Best of all would be grouping of course, shaman is so nice in a group.

mid 20s to 34 is brutal for shamans , you get no dot or nuke at 29 so it a slow roll to 34.

Try unrest basement. Should be easy to find duo's there.

Just target monsters that are low dark blue con (meaning they're not light blue, but they're close) - you can't tell this by conning them, but rather by knowing the approximate level of the monsters (maybe look them up on the wiki). You'll get way fewer resists.
