Milita Pike Quest
 

In Cabilis one is supposed to turn in a bixieberry pie to Klok Unlar. In return Bugrin the Gatherer is supposed to spawn. Well he did not spawn on my turn in today.

Tried this out.. and it works, but Bugrin is really fast in the water.

Added a couple extra seconds to his initial spawn location. Make sure you head out the door as soon as you turn in the pie, and I would also suggest following the walkway to the east to intercept him instead of chasing him in the water.
