"Pending Lore" was added to make the bag classic. Nothing ever happens to it and eventually the tag gets removed well after the server's time line ends.

Should have the "Pending Lore" tag for the life of the server. "Removed the "Pending Lore" tag from the Shralok Pack. There is no current plan to make this into a lore item." Was not removed until November 19, 2002. http://www.tski.co.jp/baldio/patch/20021119.html
