When a person casts gate, shouldn't the following message appear? "Soandso fades away."

Wonton begins to cast a spell.
Wonton fades away.

Cast on Other: Soandso fades away.http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/spell.html?spell=36

If i'm wrong about this, i'm sorry

Also, what happend to the "I'll teach you to interfer with me, soandso!" on a taunt ?
