hi, everyone.
i have an issue. i can not seem to find the bar that is normally is on the bottom, where you can put the shortcuts... and i can not make it pop again :S help plz?

If your talking about hotbar ingame you hit the EQbutton and goto actions and click on hotbar 1,2,3, or 4.

I am having this same issue and unfortunately it is not as simple as that if its a problem he is having post patch like I am.

The in game options do not work , the 2,3,4 hot bars are missing and cannot be opened (it can't be drug from the side of the screen either)...

I have replaced UI files, completely re installed the game but ever since this patch my main hot bar is locked into a box shape that you can't drag it out of and none of the other bars will appear at all.

Seems like something happened and is causing an issue. Bumping this to call attention.

try loading a different UI, see what happens and get back to us.

The guy I talked to in game tried another UI, and the hotbars were working... but he wants the default.

i tried to reload the ui via EQButton > Options > General > Load UI Skin.

If i load the default skin (keep your layout checked), i have no action bar 2, 3, 4 but i can press the buttons on these action bars. also, i can not activate/deactivate them with EQButton > Actions > Hotkeys 3/4, they stay invisible

if i load the default skin (keep your layout unchecked), i get the same as above

if i load the default_old skin, i see action bars 3 and 4 and can active/deactive them

But i would really love to play with the default skin :)
