Bard weapons
 

I know the dual wield convention is fast weapon in main hand and slow delay weapon in off hand. But since bards don't get double attack would it be better to have two fast weapons? Currently I use Sionachie's Partisan (9/19), and a Green Jade Axe (17/34) in my off hand. Eventually I will be getting a Breath of Harmony (10/18) which will undoubtedly end up in my main hand - should I keep the Green Jade Axe in off hand or switch the Sionachie's Partisan to off hand?

my vote is sionaches offhand until you can get a guardian mace or jade mace to replace it. If you swapping instruments in to get the most out of chants etc. You want fast in both hands.

offhand is about ratio nothing else
