Delay Bonus
 

I remember on live that there was a delay bonus for weapons with a delay >= 40

Was this true or just rumor?

Is this on p99 or will it be at a later date?

Two-Handed Weapons have been given an increased damage bonus for characters over level 50. Also, certain post-epic quality two-handers have been improved.

Damage Bonus = Hand Damage Bonus + ((Level - 27) / 4) + (Weapon Delay - 34) / 3

That says "increased" which implies that one existed previously.

Wasn't disputing damage bonus in and of itself. Just providing more context that it gets upgrade even more later on.
