Error in GUI XML files check UIErrors.txt

So i've copied this eq folder over from my desktop to my laptop. I keep getting this error and i've searched the forums and tried the solutions that i have found. I'm not sure what i should do next. Any help?

This is what the UIerrors.txt says :

Alright so i got the error to clear. It no longer gives me the GUI XML error. However, when the game goes to load up the screen flashes black like it is bringing up the Terms of agreement but crashes back to desktop before anything is able to come up. I am able to see a cursor in the window before it crashes but that's it.

What I've tried so far that had no effect.

starting the game in windowed mode, and not in windowed mode.

Changed resoultion of the game in the eqclient.ini file
changed with width and height of the window in windows mode (the game still seems to want to start in full screen. I don't know how to make it not do that.)

Any suggestions would be helpful. The OS is Windows 7 home premium 64.

If the height/width numbers are different, that's probably fine. Any resolution you want should work. I think all that matters is that both resolutions match, and that WindowedMode is set to true.

Tried all of these and nothing seems to work.

Windowedmode is set to TRUE, numbers match in windows width and height, it's set to capadbility to windows xp sp3 and it still loads up with a black screen, flashes a few times, and i see the cursor in the middle of the screen before it crashes back to desktop. No error messages in the UIerror log either.
