No runners in Sol B

This is the path leading up to the royals camp from the right. As you can see from the pile of corpses, I killed about 5 kobolds right here, and they didn't even try to run. Tried with a sonic bat, same drill.

Terrax (so is Xephiros, literally no one was actually where they said they were :)) is one of those guys who calls camps from the zone in. Nothing to see there, move along.

Are you sure there aren't any non aggro closeby kobolds? I know there's some magic spots in Sol A to pull mobs where there's other mobs close enough (on other side of wall) that don't aggro but keep runners from running. Sol B bats were running from me as normal yesterday up around the Sol A zoneline.

i've noticed in HS sometimes the non-skeletons run, and sometimes they don't (and I generally have enough HP to trigger their run). Can't really figure out what it is exactly, and its hard to know who is killing what on the other side of one way walls or in basements tunnels. I also almost never agro more than one mob at once, as that would be death soloing on a monk. seems similar to what was posted already, but in a different zone

I damaged an npc in this area, and it did flee.

I moved another npc directly around the corner, just out of los. Tried again. It also fleed.

Is it possible you were still on somethings aggro list?

could it be that someone nearby was agro on a mob? maybe just proximity isn't enough, but if someone is close enough and agro on a mob, that will trigger the "dont' flee, I have allies nearby fighting" logic. just a thought

Certainly possible, but I would have to have been on both a bug and a kobold, right? And I killed like 5 and nothing was attacking me.

Maybe there is an issue with FD memory?
