Help me Gear my 44 Monk, have 6k
 

Just coming back from a long break. Basically stripped aside from Robe of the Lost Circle and Crescent boots, gloves, legs, and Arms.

Appreciate the help.

I can't afford haste.
Should I buy a Thickbanded Belt for 4k and try to find a Wus quivering staff for couple hundred pp?

Honestly, I would go with the Wu's Quivering Staff like you said and save until you can get an FBSS or if you're high enough attend a Sky raid and get one of the monk belts that would surely rot. TBB is good, but unless you have haste, as a melee, you are gimping yourself out of one of your most important stats. If you end up getting a sky belt, just use that cash that was saved to get a better wep (AC or SoS) and a Jade Mace or something.
