Can someone explain to me how server raid mob list updates?

I'm a little bit confused about how this list updates.

I see that IB got VS today based on whokilledit.com and that A-Team got Draco due to the forum posts I saw.

However, they aren't mentioned as locked out for next 2 cycles. Furthermore, shouldn't some of the (2)s be changed to (1)s due to being from last repop?

Maybe I'm not understanding this raid section. Explain to me in layman's terms.

That's why A-Team didn't get added to lockout, it was considered non-cycled.

IB doesn't have a two spawn VS lockout because they are class C.

Whokilledit.com is terribly updated lately. I wouldn't use it for now unless they get a few active people who can edit. It didn't show who killed draco, maestro, or trak for their mid week spawns. And it's not properly updated right now.

I'm confused about the (2) and (1) part also. Maybe those are updated manually.

I think they only tick down when there's a Class R spawn. So basically, Taken has to skip the next (2) Class R spawns - there hasn't been another Class R CT spawn yet for it to tick down to (1).

CT died prior to Draco. I believe that should make Draco be counted as a cycle spawn.

Lockout ticks only updated on Class R spawns. FFA kills don't apply lockouts, and there are no lockouts in Class C
