account suspended?
 
Was there a account ban wave or something in the last 6 months?
I haven't played in quite a while, and tried to login last night, and it says account suspended, contact administration.

No RMT, no account sharing, just a casual player.

There was a mass ban within the last two months. I would suggest contacting the GMs.
