locked threads
 

what is the policy for locking threads? i keep finding really good threads that seemed to go nowhere and now they are locked, i would like to bump them.

Everything locked after a certain time, would be handy to at least be able to quote old tech discussion stuff :/

speaking of locked, was there any update on why blue is currently down/locked? I don't see anything posted.
