On a necromancer when does it work, other than looking at the book? IT does not seem to level and does not need me to purchase it seems....

All you have to do is sit, no need to stare at the book...at least not yet :p

purchase the skill at trainer. dont remember level but probably 8.

Think it's...

4 for INT clothies (ench/necro/wiz/mage)
8 for WIS priest classes (druid/shaman/cleric)
12 for hybrids (SK/paladin/ranger)

Don't forget to put a point in at the trainer :)

yes train 1 pt into it at 4. sit down when not full mana. watch youtube and come back to a level or 2 in med.
