Pretty sure you can't buy this spell, it's quested and you need to get the crystalline orb that drops in Solb for the no drop spell turn in.

Looks like the scroll's droppable, re: zam (so info might be updated to live), so I spose you could theoretically buy it if someone was doing the quest as a moneymaker and zam's accurate.

Definitely a trade-able spell.
