So.. what if you can't find an EQhost.txt file anywhere?
 

Having problem logging in again. My characters not on select screen. Not sure what to do now. I've been all over my C > Program Files (x86) > Sony > Everquest... trying to follow people's instructions and not finding ANY file named EQHost.txt btw

Also, link I was given before (zip file) no longer working.

Did you update to latest patch found here? Download and copy the contents to your EverQuest directory. If that doesn't work, we can go from there.

i just now finished downloading everything literally right now, click on computer>program files (86)>Sony>Everquest> then scroll down to the "E's" if its listed in alphabetical order. you should see eqhost.

your list might be a lil bit different depending on how/where you downloaded your stuff.

I do not see any eqhost file. :(

Willing to remote desktop and look at it if you want, if not, are you getting any message besides your characters just not being listed?

Just not being listed at all.

you can make this file yourself, create a new .txt file and copy/paste:

now put this file , name it "eqhost.txt" into
C:\Program Files (x86)\Sony\EverQuest
