Stating the obvious for those who still hold on to the pipe dreams of a purple server. Teams is the blue solution to the population problems on the pvp server. Unfortunately the truest red server (which we have, ffa) will have an influx of rules consistent with the playerbase. These rules may alienate veterans in order to keep a continuous stream of new blood that keeps a server healthy, but despite this, the server will continue to grow and degenerate due to the interest of current competition, plagued by the most vocal player's expectations. 1 guild and a resistance to fight an established order is good, 2 guilds with an alliance against the rebels trying to prove their place is even more acceptable for it provides for more people to log on. A wipe would be even more preferable for a new life is required for the server and despite past conflicts it will make them reconvene to their current interests. TLDR; the server is going fine, people will always cry.

Downgrade status can't stop the thrive.
