Okay, I am done editing the OP. I think I found all relevant information that is within my ability.

Edit: Okay, no I wasn't. I linked a Demi-Lich article thinking it was on Arch-Lich. I was up too late last night.

Arch LICH afaik is more sustainable (better hp to mana trade)

Demi LICH is more costly HP wise but gives faster mana regen.

Your post is a lot of info blocked into a mega paragraph so I'm not sure what bug your posting or what your disputing
