If I am not mistaken PoM was part of the Velious expansion. I was just wondering if we will be able to access it (once Velious releases) and if so what version will it be?

Wiki says version one. I bet they will unlock it at some point in beta.

Gotta drip feed people. Nobody allowed entry to unlock the Sleeper yet either, right? :p
