These should be usable in place of skins for the following combines:

Unfired Poison Vial
Unfired Lined Vial
Unfired Sealed Vial

It was sort of an Easter Egg that wasn't discovered til a bit later, but it did indeed replace skins for those pottery combines and was in during Classic.

Can move this to resolved, it appears it made the patch today.
