Level 36 Ranger LFG
 

I play between 7:30pm-11pm EDT, willing to travel. I haven't been able to get a group in the last few days... maybe I'm just searching for XP in all the wrong places! Or it's probably the ranger thing.... BUT I IMPLORE YOU TO OVERLOOK THAT SMALL DETAIL!

I will bring to your group:
1) Pulling (in outdoor zones)
2) DPS (if I divide my damage by a time horizon of zero, I do infinite DPS!)
3) Rootparking for crowd control (unless some damn fool pulls all casters, or Abacab shows up)
4) Witty banter (unless you're a bunch of humorless bastards)
5) Utility buffs (when's the last time you've had Feet Like Cat?!)
6) I can snare shit so you don't train half the zone onto yourselves (unless it gets resisted, then we're fucked)
7) Endless opportunities to make fun of rangers (while I'm on CR)
8) Snap aggro off casters (if your yakless warrior can't hold the mob's interest)
9) Can tank (if all your warriors, paladins, shadowknights, bards, monks, mage pets, and necro pets die)

You forgot:

#10 Better melee damage than a Wizard.

I was gonna, but then I read http://www.project1999.org/forums/sh...ad.php?t=14187 and I just didn't wanna deal with any drama goin down in Paw after all that travelling. I figure if I stay around EC, I can get to LGuk, SolB, Kithicor, and CT fairly quickly if I get a /tell.

Fuck the drama, Paw is a huge ass zone if you have never explored the depths. Really, you could spend days down there. Build a group, invis up and pick a spot. One group of people getting power leveled will not take up the whole zone. The second half of the Gnoll Slayer quest is in there as well if you ever looked into that.

that 2nd half of gnoll slayer is not live on this server.. found this out the hard way after a few trips to lower paw :(
