Kosher to pay for multi-quest Jboots?

If so, what's the going rate for the MQ of the AC ring?

ammut 08-13-2010 03:35 PM

can't MQ here

Atennu 08-13-2010 03:35 PM

MQing does not work on this server. The only thing you can pay for is someone to kill AC for you; while you wait afk with whatever money you have arranged with them

Shiftin 08-13-2010 03:37 PM

Really, you can't MQ? That seems... very non-classic? Ty for the info though :)

It actually doesn't have anything to do with an MQ rule made by the server. It has more to do with the database not being able to handle MultiQuesting.

In other words It's an EQemu limitation.

i figured as much. thanks :)

Search for the origin of Aeolwind saying "I'm not rewriting 12000 quests. Die." and you will find the explaination why.

Lazortag 08-13-2010 06:07 PM

To be clear, MQing is stupid anyway.

citizen1080 08-13-2010 06:43 PM

So MQing is stupid..but buying an item you yourself didn't camp isn't? I don't follow the logic =p

I better not catch you in EC sir !

No, I mean MQing would be a stupid thing to allow since it makes the "No Drop" tag on items meaningless. Unless I misunderstand how MQing worked on Live, which is possible since I never actually did a quest.
