This is probably related to whatever is causing the mobs in unrest to spawn 1 level higher then them from the bar to the tower where bloodstained mantle drops also.

Yes, same issue in unrest.

should be the same issue with seb mobs then too

It's happening in Kaesora also, specifically that I saw with the mobs in Xalgoz's church spawning on the roof of it.

I will chime in that there is an issue in HHK it seems as well. For example, I cast level 49 necro summon spawn on the 2nd floor and my pet is popping out on the 3rd floor. Mob Tyrana Sil which normally I believe is on 2nd floor was on 3rd floor fighting my pet. Also for some reason, the usual spawn on the 2nd floor where nobles are, only one noble was spawning. Also, Captain Bosec popped out and attacked me when I was presumably standing above him on the 1st floor while he was in the basement, I wasn't anywhere near the basement of the stairs leading down to the basement he just popped up. Isabella was punching my through the wall as well.

Something weird happening in Sebilis too, in crypt we managed to aggro Disco and cause a train every time we went up to Crypt Door to get replacements.

I miss the good old days on live when the merchants used to stand on the rooftops in East Commonlands.

We were in crypt tonight and managed to agro juggs and myconids. Definitely an interesting experience.
