EVERYTIME someone posts a screen shot of them PvPing... even some random ass PvP, the person is completely buffed..

just recently I remember seeing jupe post some pics PKing those new peeps in Unrest with full cleric/shaman buffs on a lvl 30 twink... lulz

i often play without buffs because i feel the handicap is needed for my opponents to think that they might have a chance

-The exp is gone, it was accidentally put back in.

-They are aware the exp nerf is making people quit, but "they don't care" because they believe it is a necessary step to increasing pop and making a thriving newb community.

-Changes are to occur *soon* (+/-90 Days) and possible announcements this week.
