Paladin Divine Might Effectiveness
 

I am wondering how exactly procs are affected by Divine Might. Has anybody done any testing or does anybody know any hard numbers on how it modifies proc rate?

Divine Might doesn't affect existing procs. Instead it gives you an additional 65 damage proc. If your weapon also has its own proc, they will work independently of each other (you'll see both work). Divine Might does not stack with other spell-based procs, such as the lifetap from Boon of the Garou.

Yes, it is just a DD.

Does DM have a chance to proc off Bash? Or strickly Auto-attacks?

does DM proc rate get effected by DEX? or any of the buff procs for that matter?

Proc Rate on Buffs work the same way as weapon.

Higher Dex, More Procs

255 dex = 2.0 ppm

Should be able to proc off Bash I think.

P.S. the quest is a massive pain in the ass

The hardest part is getting the piece from Kedge and getting your hands on a diamond.
