NPC Charm no range limit.
 

Guildie got charmed halflway across zone when we did Dark elves in Kith earlier. Might want to look into range of charm.

Also happening in VP lately, got charmed in Hosh lair by Nex last night while he was engaged at zonein.

There should be a range check when they start casting. When they finish there is not.

So was the person charmed in range at one point?

I know we are looking at some additional changes to how charm works. I will look at range checks.

Happened in Hate today - Forsaken Revenants able to charm monks from across the zone after they had gotten to camp and FD'd (then stood up).

holy shit fix this, I was running up the ramp to inny's room and got charmed by a rev on the 2nd floor of the church from pulling the 1st floor of church, tremendous amount of bullshit

I looked at the code. There is supposed to be a range check when starting casting. I will dig deeper.

Can back up what Chest said. I pulled a few revs, DA'd, ran up to Innys room where I was charmed then warped to the far corner of the zone where the revs pop. Also Chest was charmed several times at 60 with 250+ MR. My cleric at 53 with no MR buffs and 70ish MR resisted 2/3 charms. No rhyme or reason to that.

265MR and level 60. Was being consistently charmed like 2/3 casts and for very long durations (3-5 ticks). It's broked.

We had a monk consistently getting charmed in fear with 280MR as well.
Can they even charm 60s?
