Velium Vial Quest and Item
Issue 1: Velium Vial is correctly spelled. It should be misspelled until 2003 as "Veluim Vial".
Issue 2: Sneaking behind Frundle does not allow for people to get the Velium Purifier. Due to the recent patch that does not allow NPCs to respond to /say from PCs they can not see.

Because of this patch change, you can't be sneaking and tell Frundle "What velium vapors" to receive the purifier.

I made one with my 26 Rogue and tested it. It worked fine. You need indifferent or better faction to get the purifier though. I snuck behind and asked 'what vial of velium vapors'. She gave me the purifier before she realized I was apprehensive! http://www.thesafehouse.org/forums//...hp?t-8237.html
