i've dug around a little bit and can't seem to find anything on it.... i seem to recall, though, that worshipers of Karana started out Dubious to the Mucktail Gnolls in Highpass.

perhaps someone better at googling can dig up some proof.

Resolving for lack of evidence. Someone can test by doing this on live assuming they still exist.
