So, I live in Orlando, but I'll be in tampa this weekend. Haven't been there in awhile, and figured I'll stop by http://www.munchies420cafe.com/ in sarasota, break my diet for once in a long ass time, probably gain 5 pounds and try it finally.

No, but make sure you get an authentic cuban sandwich while you're in Tampa. I lived in Tampa most of my life (South Tampa, word up), and the thing I miss most (now that I live in Tallahassee) is authentic cuban sandwiches (which originated in ybor).

Well, that and malls as freakin awesome as International Plaza...Good thing though, my wife loves to shop and that place would be a money sink for her =) We'll probably move back once I land an Actuary job next year. Tampa is an awesome city.

Munchies is awsome, but thats not really tampa...or tampabay... if you are going to sarasota goto the three places (munchies, yoders, the saly dog) that where on the Man V Food episode- make it a day, breakfast lunch dinner.

And yes there are tons of fun places to get good cuban sammaches- if you just want cuban food the columbian in ybor is good and its close to ikea :-P

I go to hardknocks all the time.

I've considered trying that place for awhile. How is it? Tell me what I should check out if I do go.

I also live in orlando. Ive only been to hardknocks like once and didnt do much.

It is kind of expensive but some of the girls are hot.

Plan on it sometime :D About 2 hrs south of ya.
