Are there any public teamspeak servers out there geared towards the P99 community?

Yes, Whiteberry has one... I'm sure he won't mind me passing the details on.

It's not a P99 official TS as much as someone who runs a TS server that also plays :) A handful of guilds use it to communicate for raids etc. He'd be happy to set you up a room if you have a guild you want added.
