Vendors showing item# instead of quantity.
 

Vendors in Rivervale are showing item # instead of actual quantity.
1st item shows quantity 1
2nd shows qty 2 etc, etc...
I sold an item to a vendor that stocks 10 items and mine showed up as qty 11.

I bought it back and it was gone.

Seems to be just a bug and not exploitable, but confusing non the less.
