Summoned Items Persisting, But not Effective (Drink), and Cause Crash when Picked up

Had a Stack of Summoned Water on my mage I summoned the other day.

When I logged in it was still there, no "Out of Drink" Message Appeared.

I was not regening Mana, as If I was out of Drink, but still no Thirsty message.

Drink was being consumed (stack went down).

When I picked up the stack of drink I was kicked to the Login Screen.

Bump - when I log in my Cleric well after the normal poof time said summoned food/water are still in my bags.

When I create more food/water and try to auto-inventory it my client crashes (I'm guessing failing to stack with non-existent summoned items of the same type).

there are also reports of eqgame.exe crashing when succoring or gating to the same zone that you are in.

Just crashed when picking up a stack of summoned daggers after logging for 2 hours.

If you zone they will poof. If you log in and zone you wont crash because the items will poof.

Just had the exact same issue as in OP on my shaman a few minutes ago. Very strange bug. I was logged out for at least a day before it happened.

Edit: was summoned food

Similar bug, and another mage in guild said same thing happened:

Had some dimensional pockets from my last login's grind. They were still in inventory when I logged in multiple days later. I could open them, though I did not attempt to pick them up or put anything in them or drop them. I asked guild and guildy said "same thing happened to me, but don't put anything in them because they poof after a while" Not sure if he meant zoning.

I logged off to come post this here and to avoid possible crashing/bugging.
