Ragefire (Broken?)
 

The Invis NPC in the lair was recently moved/removed and I've not seen or heard of a Ragefire spawn/kill since the Naggy Death over the weekend.

Thanks for posting Flippie. I also made a petition about this issue here (only GMs can see).

If any guild on blue killed him since the 4/27 patch, or better yet since last Friday (4/25), please post a reply here.

But right not it seems like the spawn is pretty much broken.

If the npc is Invis or undetectable, how do you know he is not there?


I have heard something about this in terms of being able to open a trade with an npc that is not there before Ragefire pops, is there an invis npc that is always persisting in the lair?

You used to be able to hand items to the invis npc.

So it would be possible to accidently find them.

So if u knew where they were, you could try to confirm by trading an item into the air.

The purpose of invisible NPCs are to run a background script and control some custom event, something like the Ragefire spawn cycle. Since the invisibe NPC is not there anymore, I suspect he was moved out of the lair (better yet accidentally removed from the zone) and that basically broke the Ragefire spawn script. This is only my assumption, but regardless, the spawn cycle is broken atm.

Like the quillmane Invise NPC where the calf use to static spawn. But yeah Rage is broken :((

Have tried, is not possible at the moment.

I believe RF is confirmed broken and thus, not spawning.
