Bard AoE kite 20-25
 

at 20 I decided to learn how to AoE kite, I went to the OT and WW and did pretty well, each frame is from a SS taken after a pull :) I got better as I went on!

I think I'm going to try to take screenshots all the way to 60! Rules for SS's are, after death, after AoE pull, or after a group disband or something, Ill feel that one out.

Why did you change the order of your bags?

haha probubly just loot after one of the many deaths :P maybe I left something on a corpse thinking I would get a lucky random cleric with rez walking by any of the obscure places i was hanging out, I dont know haha.

or maybe I got a bag as a drop?

Still a noob so bags are like a score for me! :)

I've just reached 19 on my Bard and have been kiting in The Overthere! I noticed you had success and that you included tigers in your pulls...

My question: When you include tigers in your pulls, are you able to hit the tigers AND the rest of your kite with the lvl 18 AOE? I seem to be stuck killing my pack of tigers FIRST, then moving on to the remainder...

The tiger Runspeed was recently patched. He likely did it back when they ran at the same speed as everything else. Most people ignore the tigers now a days.

Thanks for the clarification, Daldaen...! Too bad about opting to leave tigers out of the kite, that's a lot of xp.

On another note, at 19, I only pull the mobs that con dark blue to yellow - I'm not familiar with the names of these mobs, but I am curious at what level I should be pulling the next 'tier level' of mobs for my kite?

I seem to be having some trouble with the Rhinos and Tigers, did you pull those as well? Rhino's seem to run even a little faster than the tigers.

Rhinos and Tigers both are no-nos for pulling now.

Be glad you can even do the mobs you can in OT; the casters in BW make that zone not worth it, coupled with the AE range being slightly too small compared to the old way it was done.
