/played numbers are crazy-inflated
 

Anyone else experiencing this? Most (maybe all) of my characters read between 70 and 100 days /played, even if they are just tunnel alts that have probably only been logged on for 10 or 15 hours in their lifetimes.

I also had to come to terms with my addiction.

I'd be a lot more rich if I had this much played on every character instead of just on Tecmos! Pretty sure the 86 on him is mostly or entirely legit though.

I actually just came here to post about this. My played time is 20 days and I created the character 23 days ago. I play maybe 2-8 hours a day so this is way off. I'm guessing multiple core cpu is the culprit?

Do you leave the client open at login screen?

Nope I always close it. Even if I did though that should only affect the session timer and not the played timer.

I logged on a toon the other day i made a few months ago that have played maybe about 2 hours worth on. His /played time was 126 days lol

Maybe. This is a new issue though. My /played was never messed up like this on any character I've played on p99 over the last few years until recently. I think I noticed it maybe 2 weeks ago (or more recently than that, even).

Yup, I logged into a character on red that I've played less than 3 hours total. The /played time is like 392 days or something ridiculous like that, deffinetly some weird bug

I just logged on today (client was completely closed) and it is like I never logged off. It even says session timer 16 hours. How is this possible if the game was not even open in any way?
