Zoning and losing illusion/invis
 

So I've noticed that when you zone you instantly lose any illusion, wolf form, or invisibility that you had on. Is this working as intended or is this a bug?
Also I noticed that pets don't zone with you but I think I remember that being part of the game before because I vaguely remember mage spell that could preserve their pets.

Thanks guys, really impressive work over the years, the main server feels like the live server way back in the day. Population and all!

All those quality of life things were added very later on in the game.

Losing invis on zone? That's news to me. You talking about some kind of lame bard invis?

What invis spell is dropping?

Bard songs will need restarted. But other invis should not drop.

You can lose invis while zoning if it started to drop when you zoned. Depending on your load time I would imagine its even possible for it to start to drop after you zone in but before you are able to see your screen.

You have never been able to zone with illusions in EQ... The exception being Enchanters and later Rogues/Bards when they got AAs for it.

Invis should not drop when zoning.

Classic. Illusions and all pets drop through zones, there were AAs for that though.

Hide/sneak falls through zone too, if that's what you're talking about.
