The Enchanter epic was upgraded sometime between Dec. 2000, and Feb. 2001...

In Feb. 2001 he is asking for a picture of the updated stats.

Which version should we have here?

they changed the duration of the buff eventually to make it last longer

we had the longer buff duration here on p99 initially then they 'nerfed' it to be proper for this timeline

unsure if the actual stats of it should be dif tho

so now we just need someone with the Staff to look at which version we have now on P99

Right now we have the 5 10 15 20 40 60 version, looks like we should have the other one. It should also weigh 5.0 if that's the case.

Also the effect SoS should be after the stats, not before, and no size should be visible on either version.
Oh, according to this the Kunark version should also not actually say PRIMARY, which makes me think perhaps that's a more worldwide thing which was added in velious, and in both the HP/Mana should be on the same line as saves, not stats.

I submitted something about this a while ago.

SOS should be instant click for a bit, too.

All of the epics got a stat boost at some point it seems. Look up the original warrior epic.

Thought this was the patch that changed chanter epic. Which we are past.
