Fire Goblins
 

Fire goblins in sol a have broken resists. At level 30, my ice nukes (frost shock) are getting fully resisted about 25-35% of the time on blue con mobs. That would absolutely NEVER happen in classic. Not only should the spells lands by virtue of my level alone, they should be less resistant to the opposing element.

Can't actually speak as to how all ice spells work, but frost shock (level 24 wiz cold nuke) is horrible.
