Haste Caps
 

So I am wondering if the classic haste cap is in effect on this server?

Think it's 74, but not sure. Someone may have tested?

It's a level haste cap more than anything (level 50 cap in this case). That part was not changed on Live to my knowledge.

The only reason people were able to go over the level 50 haste cap in later expansions was because of the introduction of new songs, spells and items that included haste version 2 and overhaste.

Since these spells and items are not available the 74-75% haste cap should most definitely be in place.

(Sorry I have not bothered to parse this, I simply assumed that nobody would bother to manipulate the code in such a way.)

Right, except the monk gloves / cape and a CoF are 36%..SLTW is 60%, so a 75% compared to a 100% cap makes a large difference, especially to monks / rogues / warriors...we've got nothing else going for us mang D= This should be a simple parse for anyone with one of those items if anyone wants to test @ level 50 o_O

edit: referring the bassoon hasters, and that inny one...lemme look it up...ah !@#$ forgot about the revamp, but it's the inny one o_O
