ice goblin casters

Do they still spawn at the two igloos in Everfrost? I must have killed over 100 scouts and I have yet to see ONE caster. Maybe they are broken? I need the Casters for the Goblin Caster Necklace to Get a Gavel of Justice.

Yes. You are probably at the wrong igloos.

I think you are right. Found ANOTHER two igloo site. Will see if any Casters spawn.

I did this quest not so long ago. You want the camp with two igloos that sits at the south west edge of the tundra. The casters are fairly common, it seems they spawn almost every other round.

I believe that's where I am now. Same coordinates as the quest showing in p1999 WIKI at -965, -1555. Killed 12 so far but only Scouts and Divers. Not one Caster yet :(

Well, I finally saw a Caster. So far I am seeing 1 in 20 :(
