You ban the guns, then the only people who will have guns are the citizens who are willing to break the law. Why does this convo need to get complicated? pretty simple, straight forward thinking.

that thing is probably just the shell used to fire the projectile. im not too sure on the details, but i do not think that they are easily repurposed. probably makes a good prop though.

that said, chicago is a dangerous fucking place.. im sure there are far scarier things there than a rapper with a rocket launcher.
