Lake Rathetear deepwater goblins missing - druids cry

Here there should be 3 spawn points for "a deepwater goblin". The center is a place holder for "Lord Bergurgle". The goblins on either side are place holders for "tainted aquagoblin".

NPCs for the two spawn points for "tainted aquagoblin" do not spawn. The center one for "Lord Bergurgle" is ok.

Sorry about the redundant post. I tried searching the forums several times beforehand using different key words but nothing recent showed up.
