You gotta like... post evidence and stuff

Also the wiki can never used as a source for bugs or fixes since its player edited.

The most interesting parts from that guide:

"The second of the Astral Projections is in the Lake of Ill Omen, and is on a platform on the lake itself."

Currently he spawns on the beach.

"The experience recieved for finishing this quest was approximatly two and a half blue bubs at level 52".

Thats pretty substantial an I think it's less now.

Spawns on the beach because the geometry of the platform caused issues with him falling through it or something.
