Thanks Sirken

I was gonna post this in the other thread but it got closed before I finished quickly scrolling past the Alarti/Hitpoint/Lazie drivel.

But thank you Sirken and staff for seeing through that nasty bit of business in Fear. The process took longer to work through then I am certain anyone wanted, but I think the correct decision was made.

I am hopeful that going forward, the precedent of a guild getting time off for one of their members training is a strong deterrent in abating this type of behavior.

Let's try to keep shitty behavior to RnF in the future and out of the game. That's what this place is here for after all.

Yes thank you Sirken. Objectively, I think this punishment is acceptable and it will quiet the whiners.

Totally not worth the two weeks of RNF though Chest. Maybe next time you idiots can keep it in the petition section where it belongs and let Sirken do his job.

Hitpoint 06-17-2014 02:06 PM

^ Turned an open and shut case into a complete shitshow.

I find myself in complete agreement with my guildies above.

Yes, thanks for shutting this shit-show down Sirken.

2 weeks is the acceptable punishment for a first time trainer.

TMO is ok with tossing IB a Draco lifeline when they are on the cusp of falling apart.

It didn't go public for like 4 days - Sirken dubbed it a raid disagreement then told the two parties to figure it out. TMO saw it as a personal matter for Dinacarl, so there was zero chance of an agreement happening - TMO wasn't going to accept any sort of suspension for themselves.

So Chest threw it out to the raid forum to try to get Rogean's attention. Not like he went straight to RnF.

The petition got tossed back because you claimed it was a raid issue, and demanded a raid suspension in the petition. Had you submitted that fraps and expected a player suspension, that's what you would have gotten.

In negotiations, Chest would accept no less than a raid suspension. I'm sure if this exact punishment was offered to TMO we would have accepted it.

You could have been smarter negotiators, or more savvy petitioners. Instead, Chest opted for the TMO smearing, attention whoring path. I heard the rest of BDA was pretty reasonable, so I apologize for generalizing. However, you should be ashamed of what Chest did to this situation.
