Is it that rare that these can't be banned?

Yes they are fairly easy to match up and ban. Don't RMT.

To add to this, I've found seller's accounts with less information than that, so buyer beware.

Deru has unmatched RMT detection skills. It's sad he has to spend so much time using them, but that's why they are so good. Don't be dumb. Don't RMT.
