It's pretty customary that whoever turned in one part of the quest, gets the other parts of the quests that pertain to that, I.E. Turning in the box, you get the Quill if it drops on your General. No one is going to want to have to deal with having a triple MQ sale.

If you noticed, everyone else congratulated the person whose turn-in spawned the generals with the quills.

A lot of people come to help people out for the community, the same with anything. The chance at a couple 60-80k items is also quite nice; but relationships are formed through helping other people. Aside from you feeling the need to make a RnF post about something that was a non-issue, I think it's awesome that you took some time to come help out with something. On your end, you had the chance to win nice items.

Also, any offering from, or agreement with, one person does not automatically apply to everyone.

Although, I can appreciate trying to stir the pot, or find something to make a RnF post about.

You get a chance to roll on an Edge just for showing up to General. If you have a problem with that.. I'm sure Hydro could do just as good a job.
