Can't see scrollover buff timers/item names
 

Since the last patch I can no longer scoll over buffs to see what they/duration or scoll over any items to see what they are without clicking them. I feel like there is a switch setting somewhere but I can't seem to find it. I've tried switching around to different UIs but that doesn't seem to do the trick.
Is there a "scrollover icon switch" somewhere I'm just not finding? Thanks!

whens the last time you restarted your PC? give that a shot.

It happens to me occasionally after I've had my laptop on for long periods of time without actually shutting it down.

aha voila, that worked. Guess I haven't done a shutdown in a while. Thanks a lot!

restarting my pc didn't work for restoring my buff timers/hovering, this only started happening yesterday.
