World of Darkness

Does anybody here play WoD? If so what is your favorite gaming arc? Mine personally is Vampire: The Bloodlines.

Actually when I use to play EQ it was some of the players I met on here who introduced me to it.

I've been gaming for years but I never really got in to WotD until just recently ... when I dove right in and started running not one but two Vampire campaigns (using the Masquerade 20th anniversary rules, not the new-fangled red books). I actually have a game scheduled for tonight :).

I have to say the world is a lot of fun, but the rules ... well, they're not bad for their time, but compared to more modern RPGs they're a bit awkward. Also, White Wolf made some questionable decisions on what to include: I've had to look up numerous basic questions on the Internet (eg. how many vampires are there per human, what time do vampires wake up and go to sleep, etc.) because the core rulebook doesn't cover them ... even though it does include pages and pages of rules for bloodlines that have long been wiped out. /sigh

Yeah. There is a hand/guide book but it is hard to find. It is called Dracula something. Forgot sadly. I know it is as thick as an encyclopedia.
